1. No edge sealing (cold cutting)

The dust-free wiping cloth is mainly cut directly by electric scissors, and the cutting method is easy to generate dander, and can not be cleaned after cutting, during wiping

A certain amount of cloth dust will be produced on the side, and there is no cleanliness. It is generally not recommended to use high-end wipes.

2. Laser cutting

The laser can be melted at a high temperature in a moment, and the edge sealing is better than the phenomenon of chipping. After cutting, it can be cleaned by net showering and cleaning, so that the product can reach a high dust-free standard. The disadvantage is that the edge is melted. So it will be a bit harder, and there is usually no problem in the process of wiping. 75% of the market uses this method of edge banding,and basically most of our client choose this cutting for wipers,like the normal 100% polyester cleanroom wipers.

3. Ultrasonic edge banding

Through the vibration generated by the ultrasonic vibration group (vibrator) (converting electrical energy into mechanical energy), the heat is transmitted through the HORN (welding head), and the fabric is broken by the cutter, which is the most clean method of the current dust-free cloth.
