Polyester Cleanroom Wipers

Jiedao polyester wipers are comprised of 100% continuous filament polyester fiber that is especially absorbent and clean. The unique knit construction, sometimes called a hydroentangled structure, has been developed to ensure integrity and cleaning performance. The product has been given a "laundering" treatment and is therefore extremely low in particle generation and soluble extractables.  The laundering process is done in ultrafiltered water of 0.45 µm purity and dried in a HEPA filtered class 100 air stream.

These can be single- or double-knit and double- or multi-layered. They can also be tubular or hemmed. They’re the best when it comes to cleanliness and are decent at absorbing solvents and resisting chemicals. They aren’t very durable, however, and don’t absorb water or resist heat very well.

1012LE Cleanroom Wipes are antistatic, lowest in particle generation and chemical extractables. This fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers and carbon core nylon fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the no-run knit construction.

1009LE Double-Knit 130 gsm Polyester, featuring ultrasonically sealed-borders are made from knit 100% polyester with laser cut edges. These wipes are manufactured in a controlled environment and cleanroom packaged – laundered in a class 100 cleanroom, individually inspected and hermetically sealed in clear cleanroom bags. 1009LE wipes are absorbent, abrasion resistant and made from 100% no-run polyester.

1004LE cleanroom wipes are made from knit 100% polyester with 4 laser cut sealed edges. These wipes are manufactured in a cleanroom environment and cleanroom packaged.1004LE single-ply cleanroom wipes are absorbent, abrasion resistant and made from 100% no-run polyester.

The fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the knit construction. Cleanroom Wipes are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment and laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45 micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal. This fabric undergoes a multitude of special processes that include cleaning, scouring, cutting and a special proprietary cleaning process.

Jiedao's Polyester Sealed-Edge Cleanroom Wipes are packaged 150 wipes per bag (20% more wipes when compared to traditional packaging!). They are ISO 100-1000 cleanroom compatible. Wipes are laser cut and the edges are heat-sealed to eliminate loose particles.
