Dust-free cloth can be divided into polyester cloth, microfiber cloth, cotton cloth, non-woven dust-free cloth (dust-free wiping paper) and so on.

1. Polyester clean cloth

Among natural synthetic materials, knitted materials made of 100% polyester are the cleanest (compared to cotton, nylon and rayon). Polyester knitted fabrics are also durable (photos of knitted polyester wipes are shown in Figure 2-1), with good chemical and solvent resistance. Polyester dust-free cloths are widely used in Class1~10K (ISO3~7) clean rooms according to their different models.

Polyester wipes are made of 100% continuous polyester filaments, which are abrasion-resistant, effectively prevent dust particles and fibers from emitting, and are extremely durable.

Excellent water and oil absorption properties and very low residual ion content.

The edge-sealed clean cloth has low dust generation and low ion concentration. Polyester dust-free cloth can be edge-sealed by laser or ultrasonic, laser-sealed.

The edge clean cloth can effectively reduce the emission of dust particles and edge fibers.

2. Microfiber dust-free cloth

The microfiber dust-free cloth is made of microfiber knitted or woven (the enlarged photo of the knitted and woven microfiber dust-free cloth is shown in the figure).

3. Non-woven dust-free cloth (dust-free wiping paper)
The exact name of the non-woven fabric should be non-woven fabric, or non-woven fabric. Non-woven dust-free cloth we usually call it dust-free wiping paper, also it's called dust-free paper. It is a fabric that does not require spinning or weaving, but only oriented or random textile staple fibers or filaments.
